Obama initially had threatened to veto the legislation. In a signing statement issued by the White House on Saturday, Obama said he still did not agree with everything contained in the Act. But with military funding due to expire Monday, Obama said he signed the Bill after Congress made a last-minute revisions to a request from the White House before the agreed two weeks ago.
In some cases, the President called the change
